We WILL NOT accept overseas cheques, money orders, bank transfers, etc, due to extremely high bank charges in Australia.

POSTAGE and PACKING:
All our deliveries are by Australia Post. We post every day except Sunday and usually despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment, except weekends.
Pick-up is available.
Australian orders are despatched by regular mail, unless other services are requested.
Overseas orders are despatched by regular airmail, unless other services are requested. We are happy to send seamail if required, and if that service is available.
We combine all current orders and use the most economical postal charges wherever possible.
We are happy to post your order to a third party.
If you wish to send someone a gift, please change the delivery address in the order process.
RETURNS:
Please choose carefully! We do not normally give refunds.
Most items are used or pre-owned and are sold on an ’as is’ basis.
We will describe all items as accurately and as thoroughly as we can.
We will only refund if we feel we have unwittingly misled or misinformed the customer regarding quality or content.
However, new books produced by db publishing are guaranteed and faulty ones will be replaced.
All items are packed to reduce the possibility of damage, but we do try to keep expensive packaging to a minimum.
Please DO NOT return any goods, unless asked to do so!
Once goods are posted, Australia Post assumes the responsibility for the item they are paid to deliver. Therefore, we take no responsibility for undelivered items or goods damaged in transit.
However, we will do all we can to assist customers in these situations by completing any claim forms Australia Post requires of us, and keeping the customer updated.
