the book is in poor condition outside – front cover and title page are loose – back cover missing and last page loose and torn – most pages have small dog-ears and there is an inscription inside dated Nov 1912 – otherwise this is all here – pretty clean inside – the pictures are excellent and well worth adding to your collection – not bad for over100 years old
